Donating items

 Your donations help us support more people while giving useful items a second life.

Please contact us before bringing anything to the store so we can confirm what we’re able to accept and arrange collection where appropriate.

We’re unable to accept: baby and toddler items, white goods, clothes, books or DVDs.

Soft furnishings must have the required 1988 fire safety label.

• photos of the items
• your name
• your address
• a contact number

We’ll get back to you to confirm whether we can accept them and arrange collection where required.
