Who We Are

Ian has over 20 year’s experience working in Data and Analytics, predominantly in Financial Services but also in a variety of ecommerce businesses too. He’s currently leading the Data and Analytics function at NorthStandard, the world’s largest Marine Insurer. Ian has managed teams, departments and projects of various sizes and budgets and around the globe over the years.

Starting his working life in sales, Ian ended up managing call centre sales teams as well as getting involved in associated activities such as marketing and purchasing. All of this has given him a strong understanding of commercial processes and the mechanics of how sales works. Before he moved into his current life in data.
